This resource is a gallery walk designed to teach students about World War I. It includes several topics such as the start of World War I, the dates that various countries joined the war, how the war changed the lives of women and African Americans, etc.
The resource includes a six-page student worksheet and one page of teacher notes. The teacher notes contain direct links to all of the images that need to be printed for the gallery walk. All images are from the Library of Congress and are approved for use in the classroom. However, they are not included with the gallery walk because I do not own the images.
This resource is conveniently formatted in a word document so that you can edit it as needed for your own use.
This gallery walk will likely take at least 90 minutes. It may take up to 2 hours.
