Product Description

"Band of Brothers" has a great scene at a concentration camp that really drives home the brutality of war.

**Includes PDF to preserve font and page structure, as well as DOC to make any tweaks you'd like!**

This lesson will be used to make students familiar with some of the major battles of World War II, and their effect on the war effort for the Allies. We will start by introducing the basic fundamentals of warfare for Allied troops during World War II. This will include defining kamikazes, bunkers, vehicles, and other important factors. It is important for students to understand that death was not the only thing a soldier had to fear both in World War II and today.
This lesson comes after students have learned about the efforts back at home in factories and at home. We will draw from some of the things we covered like rationing and relate it to how it directly affected the soldiers in these individual battles.

This lesson package includes:
- Power Point
- Handouts
- Worksheet
