I have added 2 different sets to this package. One set shows all letters with starting points. The second set shows all letters with starting points and numbered arrows for proper sequencing. Each set is in two sizes. The first size in one letter per page. The small set displays 4 letters per page.
Teaching proper letter formation is crucial in the early years. Practicing and practicing correctly is the only way to learn. You can print tons of worksheets but it's expensive.
Furthermore, what do you do with all that paper?
So have I created a "Giant" sized capital ABC and numbers journal in Handwriting Without Tears styled fonts.
Print the set and then put each sheet in a page protector. We use "Crayola" brand dry erase crayons to make a write & wipe surface.
For the more proficient child I print "multiple pages" to a single sheet of paper and put in sheet protectors.
The smaller version is part of a "Writing Handbook" we made. Now when I see a backward or sadly formed letter, we just open our reference guide and write on it right there and then.
Please check out the Giant LowerCase letter packet also.
All my handwriting material use Educational Fontware that provides a commerical license for a variety of font styles including one the ones used.
I have added icons to help with letter formation memory. The butterfly icon reminds us that all our capitals start at the top. The green snail reminds us to stop our letters at the grass. The bunny icon is in the middle of the line. He tells us to hop to the middle of the line.
