Isn't it rewarding to channel a young child’s love of all things magical into a love of writing letters?
This fun resource will give your students the support to write a great letter.
Word Bank: I've divided the word bank into categories. The "Greeting Words" and "Closing Words" sections help your students practice how to open and close a letter. The "Question Words" and "Leprechaun Words" sections help them craft great asking and telling sentences.
The remaining 7 pages are forms for your students to write their letters on. To meet the developmental needs of your students I've included forms with 3 different line sizes. For each line size, I've included one form that has a date, greeting and closing prompt and one that doesn't. In addition, I've included one page that has the greeting "Dear Leprechaun," already typed in.
I'd like to thank Laura Strickland for creating and sharing her adorable clip art, and for supporting teachers. The cute images in this resource came from her website MyCuteGraphics. www.mycutegraphics.com.
