This is a great activity I created for the end of my Macbeth unit. Since most students read Romeo and Juliet the year before, we looked at that prologue as an example (included in the activity). Analyze the elements of the prologue (sonnet form etc.) and ask the students to make sure to include those elements in their own prologue for Macbeth. I have included a glossary of suitable Shakespeare words so that the students can make their prologues sound authentic. I have also included a criteria checklist for marking and some past student examples for models.
This product, and many others are included in my entire Macbeth Unit Plan: Macbeth Unit Plan
