Write and Wipe - 40 Phonics Multiple Letter Sounds with correct letter formation and picture examples of each sound.
I created this set of Multiple Letter Sounds (Multiple Phonograms) to be used in a Write and Wipe Center and traced over using a dry-erase marker. However, they can also be used as cards for finger tracing practice, letter worksheets for rainbow writing (tracing the same letter with different coloured pencils), as worksheets inside a pocket protector to be used with markers, or however else you may like to use them.
Ideas for use:
1. Children can practice tracing the multiple phonogram in the middle of each card, then write it themselves on the lines provided before and after the letter team.
2. Children can practice writing words using the multiple phonogram by adding different letters before and/or after the vowel team.
To set up for use in a Write and Wipe center: Print, laminate and cut out each individual letter card. To keep all the cards together, punch a hole in the top left hand corner of each card and string them in the correct order onto a key ring or a pipe cleaner.
Children practice correct letter formation with a dry-erase marker, and once they are done, they wipe it off, ready for the next child to use.
Happy Teaching :)
