Write it out! Silly story writing prompts

Do your students need extra writing practice, but you're out of creative writing prompts for them to use? I've created a fun activity that will get your students' creative juices flowing!!

*Updated 9/5/13 to include 18 new beginning cards, 24 new middle cards, and 12 new ending cards!!

Included:
- 144 total cards!
- 30 beginning cards (and 6 "you choose" cards)- explain what the student has to write (ex. write a poem about)
- 60 middle cards- the subject of what they are writing (ex. an elf)
- 48 ending cards- something about the subject (ex. that lives by the beach)
- also included are 12 blank cards for each part of the sentence (36 total cards)

To play, draw one of each card to make a sentence. Then, write about whatever it tells you to, it's that easy!
