Write the Room Literacy Center - Canada + mini book FREEBIE!

My students just LOVE Literacy Center time...and they can't wait to try our Write the Room activity for the week. This is a FREE Write the Room activity all about Canada. To set this center up, simply cut, laminate and tape the various words around your classroom for your students to find. Each student will take a worksheet (which are all differentiated) and a clipboard with a pencil, and get to work finding and recording the words. This is a great way to build vocabulary, work on reading strategies and writing skills.

Included in this pack you will get 18 theme-based words (such as whale and loon). There are 2 sets of cards included: one has just the word and the other has the word and picture (choose which to use depending on your class needs). There are also a variety of differentiated worksheets included.
