Re, Pre, Mis, Dis, and Un
I used this as an end of the unit/assessment activity for these five prefixes. I wrote base words on cards and stuck them around the classroom. Students took these papers and then sorted the words into the correct boxes. For my class, I added words that could work with more than one prefix (like test - retest/pretest, or tie- retie, untie) as I wanted to see if students had understood that part of the unit. This is easy to differentiate by using different base words.
