These Writer’s Workshop Anchor Charts (Posters) and Writing Process Posters are great to use while teaching the writing process or for reminding students of the steps they must complete during the writing process. They can be blown up into a poster size to hang in your room, and/or can be put in each of your students writing folders. This set includes 4 different posters; each come in color, as well as. Black & white. Each poster shows an example of what each stage looks like. The poster’s include the following steps, however, if you’d like me to modify them in any way to better suit your classroom expectations, just send me a message and I will send it to you via email.
1st Writer’s Workshop Poster is in this order: Think, Write, Draw, Read, Edit, Share
2nd Writer´s Workshop Poster is in this order: Think, Draw, Write, Read, Edit, Share
3rd Writer´s Workshop Poster for Beginners who haven’t learned to edit yet: Think, Draw, Write, Share
The Writing Process Poster: Prewriting, Drafting, Revising, Editing, Publishing.
In my kindergarten class, I use the beginning poster at the beginning of the year & switch to the 1st poster after I have taught them how to edit with my editing checklist.
