Writing About Bears
Product Description
A non-fiction journal to use during your Teddy Bear unit!
Your students can write about bears in their own journals, I Know About Bears! There are two formats to select from so you can differentiate for your students. Beginner writers will attain success by just writing a list of facts about a bear topic. More experienced writers can use the pages with lined paper for writing about the same facts.

Topics included are:
✏ where bears live
✏ what bears eat
✏ what bears look like
✏ how bears move
✏ the color of bears

Additional Whole Group Lesson Idea!
Help your students learn about bears with our activity called Getting To Know… The children explore bear books in small groups, and the class comes together with their new knowledge to create a graphic organizer about them.

This journal is also included in our KinderLit collage book, Goldilocks and The Three Bears.
