Writing a Letter to Grandma from the perspective of Bruno.
Students need to have read Chapter 8 from 'The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas'
The worksheet is a writing template to get their ideas flowing. They read the passage on the left and then fill in each section based on what they, as Bruno, would say about the different objects and possible questions for Grandma.
There is also a section to list different descriptive words to include in their letter (some examples are given)
Once they complete the template, they can then draft their letter using the letter outline if needed.
The colors and prompts are intended for children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. The file can be edited to adopt to the different learning styles of your students.
