Do your kids struggle with coming up with things to write about? Turn a leftover notebook into a shared journal. Trim the edges off and glue or tape the prompt to the front of the book. Then do the same for the vocabulary sheet and attach it to the inside cover. Now your kids can pick up the journal, turn to the first available page and start writing! You can also print them out, laminate them and leave at your center and let the kids write in their own journals.
