During guided reading it's important to have engaging centers up and running so that you can focus on your reading groups. These literacy centers provide additional independent practice time for students and one center that can't be overlooked is a Work on Writing center!
During each rotation, students have the opportunity to practice planning and focus on creating fun and imaginative stories. Here are a few prompts and center writing ideas to get your reading block off to a fantastic start!
