This flipbook has three flaps: "Given the Slope and Y-Intercept", "Given the Slope and A Point", and "Given Two Points". Under each flap there is a place for students to write the equation of a line, an explanation of how to solve using the particular method, and an example. It is a great addition to an interactive notebook or just as a stand alone foldable in your student's notes.
There are a two ways this can be copied in order to fit in your classroom: fill-in-the-blank style, or completely filled in.
Sample pictures and detailed folding instructions are included. Photos of a filled-in foldable are included.
This is also part of my Algebra Foldable Bundle.
