Stations mazes are great because they get students up and moving around the room. They also encourage students to check their work carefully since an incorrect answer will eventually send them back to a problem they have already solved. Successfully completing the maze requires students to slow down and check their work.
This activity can be completed individually or in pairs. A student answer sheet is included. Two versions of the maze are included: color and black and white. The differences are shown in the thumbnails.
There are 9 stations. All of the stations are writing equations of lines using two points. Equations of vertical and horizontal lines are included. Make sure these problems are appropriate for your students; download the preview to see problem examples.
