Middle School and High School students receive two of these sheets (4 exit slips, total) per quarter to use when the peer critique writing groups meet.
This slip helps them to focus on how they perceive what they are reading, and enables them to make positive and beneficial comments. It eliminates the, "Great," and "I love it" empty remarks.
Teachers may use this for English classes for analytic and creative writing activities.
For a general Exit Slip to use as Closure for any ELA subject, check out
