These Writing Goals will help you differentiate individual student writing instruction. There are 12 writing goals included. However, if you don't see the specific goal you need, you can edit and create your own!
The goals are simple and easy for students to read! Each goal has an example of the specific goal being uses or a visual for students.
The following writing goals are included:
Use finger spaces.
Use the word wall to spell sight words.
Use a capital letter to start a sentence.
Use a capital letter at the beginning of a proper noun.
Use a punctuation mark at the end of a sentence.
Reread your sentence again to make sure it make sense.
Add more detail.
Write a beginning, middle, and end.
Write a complete sentence.
Use neat handwriting.
Write 5 or more sentences.
Use interesting words.
