See the Writing Goals Sticky Notes by downloading the preview.
Are you looking for an easy way to individualize student writing goals? These sticky notes were developed out of frustration and need.
-Sticky note placement templates (6 are included but print as many as you need)
-Writing goals: conventions, organization, ideas, style, revision/editing
Lay the sticky notes on the white templates. (Students can easily do this for you.) Be certain the adhesive end - of the sticky note - moves through the printer first. Select the page (with text) to print. So simple.
Directions for use:
Determine what students are mostly working on in reference to writing: conventions, organization, ideas, style, revision and editing. Attach the appropriate sticky note to the student writing. Check those items you’d like the student/students to address. This allows you to easily individualize writing goals. Also, once students have addressed a particular area you can choose to add another sticky note directive (or not).
A nonspecific writing template is also included. Once students understand writing expectations - this template can be used to address conventions, organization, ideas, style, revision/editing and publishing.
