Engage your students by playing this baseball inspired game to write ionic and covalent formulas. Students are given two elements or a compound name. Then, students determine the correct formula. This product includes 36 questions with "Play Ball" directions. You can play this game as a whole class or in smaller groups. If the game format does not work for you, you can also use the cards as task cards.
