This kit includes:
*student pages that outline each step of the writing process
*graphic organizers
*a song that helps generate ideas
*a page of possible writing topics (with pictures)
*completion certificate
*writing papers
*writing conference forms for the teacher
*a set of colorful classroom posters that can be made into a long poster to track the progress of each student
*teacher notes

I designed this pack for young authors. The words I used for each step are: plan, write, add, fix, read, meet, create & celebrate. Each of these are defined on the materials and supported with graphic organizers or other materials.

All of the color items also have a gray scale version except for the 8 classroom posters to make the chart.

This kit supports CCSS literacy standards.
