This activity contains 40 small problem cards and an answer sheet. Students are asked to write linear equations in slope-intercept form. The cards can be used in a variety of ways (matching, cooperative groups, whole class review, dry-erase board practice, at a math center, etc.). The problems include different given information (a graph, a table, slope & y-intercept), point & slope, 2 points, etc.). Since this is a word document, teachers can change the problems, delete material that has not been covered, or add their own problems to create a larger set of problems.
