This graphic organizer summarizes how to write a linear equation given four possibilities (given slope & y-intercept, graph, slope & 1 point, or 2 points), This organizer ONLY uses slope-intercept form. It does not use point-slope form. This year's PARCC assessment formula sheet does not include all the formulas for slope, slope-intercept, etc. so I felt it best to minimize the number of formulas my students need to remember. The organizer is a fill-in-the-blank format with examples. The key is included.
