Writing Linear Equations in Different Forms Activity provides students with practice writing linear equations in slope-intercept form, point-slope form, and standard form. Students are required to write linear equations from graphs, slope and point, and two points demonstrating a thorough understanding of linear equations. This activity can be used as a chapter review, supplemental practice to solidify understanding, stations, or taking notes.
