Learning to Write Numbers 0-9
This product will not only help your child/student with number recognition but assist in writing skills.
As you can see these numbers are unique!
They have red, yellow and green circles which relate to traffic signals! The child can place his or her finger on the green light and drive to the nearest yellow light; however, use caution as they will need to proceed cautiously to the next light
Is the next light yellow? How many dots does it have?
The number of dots correspond to the steps it takes to continue.
The object is to get to the red light and you guessed it, STOP!
The students will achieve two goals; making it to the red light AND practice pre-writing skills!
This game is very versatile and can last long if printed on cardstock and laminated:
*Trace with Sand/Shaving Cream/Pudding tray
*Simply use with tracing paper
*Use with dry erase markers
*Let kids make the numbers using clay
*Teacher can trace with Elmer’s glue (if laminated) and have kids use it as a ‘rubbing’
*Oh, and don’t forget, get those miniature cars out! Let the kids drive around the numbers!
*Ideas are endless!!!
A big thanks to Charlotte Braddock for her wonderful graphics!
