I love my Writing Process Clip Chart! This is an invaluable tool in my Writers' Workshop in my classroom. I let the students move their clips as they move through the different steps of the process. This allows me to just quickly glance at the board and see where each student is in the process.
I made each poster with a short summary of what happens during that step of the process so that students can check the poster to remind themselves of what to do during that step.
I printed these blacklines on colored cardstock, laminated them, and then stapled them to my bulletin board. I tacked some ribbon up underneath them, and that's where the kids hang their clips.
This product contains three different sets of writing process posters. They can be used as posters, or as a clip chart for students to show their progress as they work. There are three different versions of the chart, so you can choose which set works for you.
This set includes:
- peer conference
- teacher conference
If you would prefer to print them in color, I have a separate product with color posters. You can find it here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Writing-Process-Clip-Chart-in-color-2613055
