This product includes two popular writing process methods. Choose one to display in your classroom to help your children reach their full writing potential and to keep the class writing and moving along at a steady pace.
Each paw print will need to be cut out (I cut out a square around each one). You can print on cardstock or glue onto construction paper. Staple them on a display in order and hang a 6-inch sentence strip from each one. Add a piece of velcro to each sentence strip and use that to attach the We Are Here dog bone or ball of yarn to the active step in the process. This allows students to quickly see what they are supposed to be working on and provides motivation to stay on target.
This is a fun way to create "paw-some" writing!
