    Description

    This pack is full of writing prompts for kindergarten for the year.

    My monthly writing station gives you a ton of kindergarten writing prompts with pictures. This themed contains various monthly themed pages. This pack includes Kindergarten opinion writing prompts, how to prompts, free writing, journal prompts, differentiated writing pages, labeling and themed vocabulary.

    Vocabulary- there is a single page that will fit in a plastic sleeve to change out each time you change themes. There is a 12 or 9 word option. There are also vocabulary cards to hang by clothespins or put in a pocket chart. The vocabulary can be displayed in the center and correlate to the labeling worksheets. There will not be labels that aren't listed on the vocabulary and it can be used as the word bank.

    Labeling- There are different options for labeling. Use the vocabulary pages as the word bank.

    Color and Write- These kindergarten writing prompts with pictures are perfect for narrative writing. There are 2 choices depending on what type of lines are preferred during writing. These pages have a coloring portion at the top that can be used as the prompt and students will write based on the theme in the picture.

    Opinion Writing- This is a "this or that," page that gives the students two options and they write about which one they like because.... There are pages with and without sentence starters for differentiation.

    How To- These are three step pages what have first, next, and last listed for you. These are differentiated to include the pictures or to let the students draw themselves.

    Free-Write- There are 2 options for free-writing that the students can draw and write about whatever they want.

    Lists- There are different list options with differentiated lines to write and a place to draw the item they are writing on the list.
