This activity contains two bull's eye worksheets with 3 problems each. The first bull's eye has students write a quadratic function using the vertex and a point on the parabola. The second bull's eye has students write a quadratic function using a stretch factor and the solutions. Some of these problems have a stretch factor that is fractional - I needed my students to not be afraid to work out problems with fractions. Each bull's eye requires students to write their functions in vertex form/factored form and standard form.
I print this as a 2-sided page, then work a problem from each side as a class. Students finish individually.
