Students generally need a little more practice with writing sine equations after first learning about amplitude, frequency and the midline. These notes go over those definitions with students for a second time and have them write the equations of sine functions given the graph.
Students then are introduced to determining an appropriate x-scale for a graph of a sine function. Finally, students learn to graph a system of sine equations by using the smaller of the two scales.
This file includes, notes, homework and keys for both.
