Even though students need to practice writing equations from tables, I've found it difficult to actually find worksheets on this topic. For that reason, I decided to create my own practice materials.
Twelve tables are incorporated into this worksheet. Numbers 1-6 on the front of the page show the y-intercept in the table (where the x-value is zero). Numbers 7-12 on the back of the worksheet only show x-values of zero in two of the four tables. This gives students a chance to better understand how to identify the y-intercept before they have to extend the table to figure it out.
Think about trying out my "Writing Equations from Tables Puzzle" as the next step!
An answer key is included.
