Here's a fun activity to help students convert an assortment of problems to standard form. In this resource students will practice taking linear equations including slope-intercept and point-slope form, graphs, and tables and write them in standard form. Then they will shade the answers in the grid to find the correct pattern. Answer pattern is included for student self-checking or easy grading for teachers.
This resource includes:
- 15 problems to convert to standard form from equations including slope- intercept and point-slope, graphs, and tables
- Grid for shading answers
- Answer pattern for self-checking or easy teacher grading
