Product Description
This method helps the students create a fairytale
or folk tale of their own, lending them structure
and inspiration, and at the same time helps make
plagiarism very difficult.
This exercise demands that you have taught the
rules of fairytale/folk tale analysis to your class
before you use it (explanation of models in appendix).
I use the term fairytale in this text, but the
exercise can be used just as well to make the students
write in the less elaborate folk tale style.
The exercise is designed for Danish students in
their 10th year of school, but it can be used by
younger students, if they understand the analytical
models.
