This chart allows students to keep track of the date, the topic of their writing, and their score on short or extended response pieces, based on a 2 or 4 point expectation.
There is a space for students to put the date, title of their writing, and the score they earned. Following that, they explain why they earned that score. The next box is for the students to put their revised score, after they have edited their piece to include earlier feedback. The final box is for students to place their writing goals based on earlier feedback.
