Y as a Vowel

Y as a Vowel
Product Description
When y is at the end of a multi-syllable word it makes the long e sound. When it is at the end of a one-syllable word it makes the long i sound. Y always has a consonant in front of it because it hates to be alone.

Rewrite the words on the lines. Mark the syllables and write i or e above the y to show the sound it is making.
