This is a summative checklist for Australian Curriculum English in Literacy, Language and Literature. Only the sub strands are listed with one example of an outcome for each (see preview) as it is not only unrealistic but also overwhelming to assess each individual outcome.
There is a column to record each students' overall grade and effort. Therefore, you can use this when entering data into your end of semester reports!
Also contained is a 'Student Profile Sheet' - this allows you to make individual anecdotal notes on each student. It includes a break down of areas to identify for intervention:

Remember, this is an overview checklist, therefore you should still keep daily anecdotal notes and complete regular formative assessments. Use this a summative assessment. You should only tick off each outcome once you have seen the student demonstrate it a number of times across a number of contexts.
