This is a recording sheet I use to track my students' reading level throughout the year. I can quickly see which students are at benchmark and I can get an overall feeling for how well my class is doing. This recording sheet makes forming reading level groups quicker and easier. As students gain reading levels, I color in the graph to match. I included four spots to record reading levels for various points in the year. This sheet is editable, so you can type your students names. If you would like to hand-write names, just delete the textbox.
I added First and Second grade sheets, and I also included a PDF version if you prefer to write in your students' names. The fonts come out a bit crisper on the PDF.
