Description
This year long introduction to visual art course includes an introduction to visual art which takes students through the basic Elements and Principles of Design in the first semester and then flows into an Introduction to Drawing course second semester. The introduction to drawing covers drawing media in more detail and has a mixed media drawing as its culminating project. Includes interactive Elements & Principles of Art Slides for Art Distance Learning.
It also includes a Student Choice Framework that allows students to choose their own projects that apply the skills they've learned. At the end of the semester (or year) students create their own art exhibition, portfolio and written reflection. Worksheet packets that support learning and can be used as substitute lessons round out this package.
INTRODUCTION TO ART CURRICULUM:
With an Elements and Principles of Art focus this course includes full lessons for each of the elements and principles of art, presentations, mini-lessons, worksheets, sub lessons and posters for your classroom.
