This yearbook staff application addresses what REALLY matters when looking for a quality yearbook staff. I use this application for new staff members each year, and use a shortened version for returning staff. Any staff member who is promoted to a lead position for the next year is exempt from the application process. It is important to have your regular staff go through this process, so that you can release any students that aren't a good fit for yearbook.
When the student turns in the application, I email a Google Form to their core teachers for them to fill out about the student. I have found I get much more honest answers this way.
