Yo Ho, Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life for Me! What a perfect way to start off the school year, as pirates!
I made these math centers to tie in with Talk Like a Pirate Day which is usually the second/third week of September. September is our first month in Canada, so these centers are designed to be review of Grade One Math, to let students see what is expected at center time, and to see what they remember. This could be used at the end of Grade One as well.
There are 16 Math Centers in this package, all with 12 task cards except the Hidden Picture has 19. That is so students can get through all the tasks in their center time. Numbers in this package go up to 100, and the centers are simple to start out the Grade Two year and really review Grade One concepts.
