There are 21 yoga poses in this activity. Each page depicts a child demonstrating a yoga pose a description of the pose. These are the SAME yoga poses as the poses in Yoga Poses With Animals for Kids. However this activity shows a child doing the yoga pose only.
These activities are great for use in any classroom, P.E., special education, during occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc. The yoga poses are wonderful for BRAIN BREAKS.
Yoga helps kids to:

Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way
Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation, and healthy movement
