You can use it during counseling sessions, in the classroom for brain breaks, or as part of mindful moments. Once students know certain positions, they can be prompted to engage in this as an independent coping strategy. Great for a Take a Break Space, added to a coping skills toolbox, or a Brain Break Jar.
