This lap book is designed to help students identify triggering situations or experiences that occur before they feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, or angry. Students then practice calming yoga poses to regulate their emotions. Students learn about what yoga is, the benefits for their minds and bodies, and how and when to practice yoga. Includes 8 calming yoga poses plus 14 additional yoga poses to practice for strength. Students can use reflection area to identify how they felt while practicing and the situations in which yoga would be a helpful emotion regulation tool for them.
Includes full color, light color, and black/white printing options, and completed/blank options. Use completed options to present an informational lap book in individual counseling or use blank option for students to create their own in group or individual counseling sessions.
