This is a series of five short "mini yoga" MP4 videos.
Both visual and auditory directions are given. Simply turn it on, and let the kids follow along. In total, approximately 5 minutes in length each. It provides a few minutes of directed deep breathing, with the addition of a few simple yoga poses. With five different Mini Yoga sessions, you can have one for each day of the week, or play a few for a longer session.
This would be great to use as a transition between subjects or teachers, or simply as a body break during the day.
You can also add in some relaxation music from YouTube to play in the background, before you begin.
