This school year is an excellent time to introduce yoga to your students, whether in the classroom or through distance learning.
You can print out the poster (originally designed as an 11" x 14" poster).
There are two posters that are the same, one is vertical, one is horizontal. The Yoga Pose of the Week poster has a spot for the yoga pose card chosen for the week. I recommend laminating this poster and using something like Velcro dots to attach the yoga pose card to the poster.
If you are using this pose deck via distance learning, you can just use the cards in their .pdf format. You could do a few a day, one a week, or how ever many you like at a time. Yoga can be something different to get your students up and moving for a brain break, or something you use everyday, regardless of whether they are at school or are home doing distance learning.
The other item in this resource is the actual yoga pose card deck. There are 41 actual pose cards. ETA: I removed the partner poses from this pose deck to account for social distancing. The benefits of the poses are listed on the card which make great discussion points and is a wonderful tool for teaching basic anatomy.

Each yoga card/slide is approximately 3.75"W x 4.75"H in size (designed for 4 cards fit on a standard 8.5" x 11" piece of paper). If you want more than one large image per page when printing, you MUST change your printer settings. You can adjust the size in your printer settings to customize the cards for your needs. The reason I only have one image per page is to ensure better quality images when printing.
You can print more on a page for smaller cards (drop down menu in "More settings" where it says "Pages per sheet") and it will give you other options for how many cards you would like on a sheet.
