There are 21 yoga/animal poses in this activity. Each page depicts a child demonstrating a yoga pose, an animal that represents the pose, and a description of the pose. The animals included in this activity include, bunny, butterfly, cat, cobra, crab, dolphin, fish, frog, giraffe, koala, monkey, mouse, panda, pelican, penguin, puppy, seal, tiger, shark, turtle, and whale.
These activities are great for use in any classroom, P.E., special education, during occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc. The yoga poses are wonderful for brain breaks.
