I have created seven different yoga sequences: 1. Mood Lifter, 2. Balance Test, 3. Anxiety Buster, 4. Back Relief, 5. Yoga for Abs, 6. Hip Stretchers, and 7. Inverted Poses. Each sequence contains 9 moves which focus on the particular health element. Each sequence is one page so they are easy to hand out to students or use to create a yoga circuit. They could also be enlarged in order to create posters.
