Fun, easy-to-use yoga activity for the classroom!
How to use:
Have students follow along with images in the powerpoint presentation. All poses are demonstrated and labeled. This free resource covers one sequence facing each direction, but movements can be repeated for a longer activity. Recommended to go through the slides three (3) times.
At the start of each sequence, in the "squat", have the students take three deep breathes in and out. Finish the activity in the same position, again with three full breathes.
Perfect as a brain break!
