Description

I love switching up my lessons and the way I teach concepts. For House on Mango Street, I wanted to challenge my students to look at selected vignettes more closely and be teachers for a class period--teach me and other classmates what the vignettes were about and why they were important.

This specific activity engages students and has a set of 'rules' for the students to follow in their teaching. It is for "Sire" and "Beautiful and Cruel," but it can be adapted for other vignettes as well.
