Why are national symbols considered to be important?
In this project, students learn about what national symbols are and why they are important from watching a video and answering questions about what they hear.
They then choose a national symbol to research and teach the class about through a short video, as if they are teaching visitors to the United States. Students carry out research and plan their videos using structured organizers. They then provide feedback to other groups, before making revisions and then recording and editing their videos, incorporating multimedia elements.
What's Included with this Project:
